I admired Mike Kelley’s work too much- especially at art school. His death (suicide?) is awful news not because of a perceived waste of talent or a career cut short, but for the fact that even with the success and adulation, the peer appreciation, he wasn’t happy fundamentally. An artist of great substance and verve. Cheers Mike.
